Once again Tim Boda&#8217;s team of culinary guru&#8217;s excelled themselves with pairing food with some the wines from the great Australia wine company, Penfolds.<br \/>\nI did not take much notice of the name of the dinner, Topsy Turvy, but as soon as we arrived I started to &#8216;get-it&#8217;, especially when I was given the bill at the beginning of the meal and told by the staff that they were very pleased to say &#8216;Goodnight&#8217;&#8230;.it was going to be an interesting dinner.  True to their word, we were served desert &#038; red wine, first course, followed by mains, soup &#8211; which was an interesting concept of lighting up Vodka and plunging it into your soup course,
