Finished off my week at Outrigger Resort & Villas this morning.This is a photo of my poolside art space and I am very grateful for the staff at Outrigger for all their assistance. It’s a brand new resort with some great outdoor areas, stylish and contemporary…..my art work looked stunning in the reception.
This afternoon at Canal Village, hoping for a crowd, the weather is threatening but I am at my gallery.

Three kids from the same family took my art class yesterday afternoon at Canal Village and what a delight they were to teach. Jack and his twin sisters (6 years old) did some very good work.
Not had a chance to post to my blog, too much going on here. Wonderful balmy days in Phuket, great time of the year, the monsoon hasn’t been evident with bright sunny days, making the light just great to paint by. Had a morning off yesterday but back at Canal Village where Sherin and her children joined me for an afternoon of art.
This week I am at Outrigger Resort Villas for my 10am morning class http://www.lagunaphuket.com/hotels/outrigger-resort-villas/index.php and back into Canal Village at 2.30pm onwards.

Good Work
Had a couple of young Aussie’s in my class today and they produced some great little artworks.
Another wonderful sunny day on the beautiful island of Phuket. Mary & Daniel from the UK joined another art class, great to see them progressing, good work. My class wanted to see there photos up, so here they are. Enjoy!
Had several young students yesterday in my class that had came to my classes here at Laguna Phuket’s Summer Festival last year and the progress they are making is evident. Hoping that some of my students that are long stay guests or locals enter the Phuket News Art Competition. Here is the link, just email a pic of you and your artwork to enter.
Early last week a baby elephant wondered into my gallery at Laguna Phuket – Canal Village. I do not think that there is anywhere else in the world where something like this would happen. Just a wonderful experience that I wanted to share with you all.
I now keep a supply of ripe bananas for the daily afternoon visits from the baby elephants here, yes there are more that one, in fact I have counted three so far.
